Two people are behind bars awaiting arraignment at the Indio Courthouse accused of multiple mail box thefts and burglaries in the East Valley.
Last month Julie McMahons mail box was burglarized. She says someone broke the master lock and had access to multiple boxes at her Palm Desert apartment complex.
Residents have a clear view of boxes on this side, but on the other side things are different, there's plenty of bushes and no one to watch the boxes over here.

Thursday night two search warrants were issued and Riverside County Sheriffs arrested 31 year old Susan Rios and 32 year old Ruben Dominguez. Deputies say the two allegedly had evidence that linked them to mail theft and burglaries in La Quinta, Indian Wells, and Palm Desert. To keep his mail safe in the future Hernandez has a game plan.
