Indio Chamber of Commerce, State of the City Address - Featuring city of Indio Mayor Lupe Ramos Watson

WHAT:        State of the City Annual  Address  presented by the Indio Chamber of Commerce
The event is open to the public and tickets are $ 45 for members and $ 50 for
non-members.  $ 320 for a table of 8.

WHEN:        Friday, October 28th  Doors Open at 11 am  11:30 am - 1:00 pm Luncheon
                     and Presentation

DETAILS:    The event will be a Wizard of Oz theme.  Keynote speaker Mayor Lupe Ramos Watson is inviting guests to follow her on the yellow brick road to the Emerald City.  Her topic is "Indio's Path to Economic Recovery".

Other local dignitaries slated to speak on pertinent topics such as energy, transportation, tourism, and more are:  Coachella Valley Association of Governments Tom Kirk, Convention Visitor Authority's Scott White, and Imperial Irrigation District's John Menvielle.  Also, in attendance will be California Assemblyman Brian Nestande and  Patricia Corky Larson.
