Go & Grow, Stay & Play Festival Saturday, November 19, 11am-2pm Help us launch our new outdoor play space, children's maze and garden! Join us on Saturday, November 19th from 11am-2pm as we open our "back gates" to new outdoor adventures at our very own "Go & Grow, Stay & Play" festival. The new outdoor play area, garden project, grass maze and new program building will be open for free, family festivities from 11 am to 2 pm at the Children’s Discovery Museum of the Desert. Children will learn about planting and harvesting in our children’s garden, families can participate in an outdoor scavenger hunt and investigate the new outdoor play exhibits. Art and science family activities are FREE! Admission to the hands-on exploration galleries is not included but available at $8 per person.
