INDIO - The Kyriakos Christian Center will play host to a KeepMyKeys Workshop on November 19, 2011. The Kyriakos Christian Center is located at 82230 John Nobles Avenue in Indio. The workshop will be from 10:00 am to 1:00 pm.
California led the nation with 55,312 foreclosure filing notices in October 2011. Of the 4,949 Riverside County residents that received a foreclosure filing notice, 1,105 lived in the Coachella Valley.
This has caused panic and distress for many residents and has created an opportunity for foreclosure assistance scam artists to take advantage of far too many of our residents. Clearly, Coachella Valley residents need help in keeping their homes.
This is why local resident Robin Breanda, owner of Clear Credit decided to become proactive in assisting Coachella Valley residents with stopping foreclosures. Many clients that come to Clear Credit are victims of scam artists who took their money and produced nothing.
To help more people learn about the foreclosure process and to empower those facing foreclosure, Clear Credit has created the “KeepMyKeys” Workshop. When participants walk away from the “KeepMyKeys” Workshop with a better understanding of the foreclosure process, ways to stop foreclosure, how to apply for and submit a winning loan modification package, and how to avoid scam artists.
The "KeepMyKeys" Workshop is only $30 per participant. Seating is limited. For registration or more information, contact: Robin Breanda at Clear Credit.
