Rev. Mark Kiyimba, Minister of the Kampala, Uganda Unitarian Universalist Church, will discuss proposed legislation in Uganda which would provide the death penalty for some homosexuals and would require parents to turn in their LGBT children. He will describe the current struggle to preserve the rights of LGBTs.
