It is that time of year in the desert where the weather is beautiful and the golf courses are calling your name! On March 24, 2012 at the Classic Club in Palm Desert, CA the Kids In Conflict (KIC) with be holding their 3rd Annual Golf Tournament sponsored by the Augustine Band of Cahuilla Indians. Kids In Conflict (KIC) is a non profit organization that partners with the Riverside County Indio Juvenile Hall. KIC raises money throughout the year to provide services to the youth that the county has cut or can not afford. Money raised goes towards youth GED classes, ID cards, clothes for interviews, a bus ticket home, as well as support them in scholarships for higher education. If you love to play golf and support a great cause come out on Saturday March 24th at the Classic Club. If you are unable to play golf that day you can also support KIC through in kind donations of good or services that can be raffled or auctioned off, or be a hole sponsor whether it be from your business or as a family.
