Las Casuelas Terraza will host a special pre-Restaurant Week Tequila Pairing Dinner open to valley residents and visitors, starting at 6:30pm, Wednesday, May 30 at its Spanish colonial-style casa in downtown Palm Springs. Sponsored by Herradura Tequila, the unique four-course dinner and tasting event—one of the first in the valley—will feature exquisite premium brands presented by the firm’s Western Region Tequila Ambassador, Ed Carias. The Pairing Dinner menu will offer a choice of three delicious entrees including Carne Asada (New York steak topped with an Ortega Chile), Pollo Ranchero (chicken breast topped with ranchero sauce, melted cheese and avocado slices) and Shrimp Suizas (two enchiladas topped with tomatillo sauce, melted Monterey Jack cheese and sour cream). Appetizer will be the restaurant’s famous Fiesta Guacamole with chopped pineapple. A special salad and a deliciously wicked dessert will also be included.
