Carolyn Martinez has a repertoire of lively jazz standards, moving ballads and Brazilian bossa novas — sung in both Portuguese and English. Her 3-octave range yields lovely high notes and her melodic improvising is a delight. Bassist, Larry Holloway: Whether backing up name performers in high-profile venues, laying down tracks in the recording studio or playing with a small combo in a nightclub setting, Larry is the go-to bassist for many regional and national artists and bandleaders. Pianist, David Ring began his classical training at age five and in his teens his interest turned to jazz. He attended Cincinnati Conservatory and the Berklee School. Among others, he has worked with artists as diverse as Vince Gill, Emmylou Harris, Marilyn Maye and Kevin Mahogany. Drummer, Allen Goodman has toured with the likes of Johnny Mathis, Peggy Lee, Dinah Shore, Vikki Carr and many others; and spent several years on the NBC Staff Orchestra where he accompanied many entertainers on live TV.
