Guard and Reserve members, veterans and family members are invited to check out the H2H Mobile Job Store as it rolls into Indio, Calif. on August 16 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.! The Office of the Assistant Secretary of Defense for Reserve Affairs’ “Hero 2 Hired” program, better known as H2H, connects job seeking military members and their families with meaningful employment. H2H teamed up with the Defense Department’s Employer Support of the Guard and Reserve (ESGR) On the Road campaign to bring the mobile store to you. The store allows military attendees to search for available jobs through the H2H jobs website, specifically designed to connect service members with military-friendly civilian employers. The Mobile Job Store also provides service members assistance with resume building and translating their military skills to civilian job qualifications.
