The Living Desert’s Annual gala is themed Zoocademy Awards (with a nod to the Oscars). Cocktails, dinner, wine auction, live music, and our new theme of Zoocademy Awards will create an event that is at once fun and inspiring. All proceeds from Zoocademy Awards will benefit our animals, many of whom are endangered or can't live on their own in the wild. In addition, the event supports the protection of over 1,200 acres of desert wilderness, and helps The Living Desert continue to be a major educational resource for teachers and students throughout the Valley and across the globe.
