On Saturday, February 9th, The Living Desert is giving children a chance to make their fairytale dreams come true at Princess & The Frog Day! Put on your favorite regal costume (tutus and tiaras are welcome) and join Freddy the Frog and his princess friends for a fun day of activities. The Living Desert will be offering FREE rides on the trackless train, a special feeding and animal chat on the Ornate Horned Frog, a tea party for boys and girls complete with FREE tiaras, crowns, teacups and mugs and special story time with famed author Tom Petit. Princess & The Frog is also a day of enrichment for the animals. They will get their own tea party with special papier-mâché “cakes” with treats hidden in them.
