PALM DESERT - It's a bill called the National Defense Authorization Act and the president just signed it.  It allows the military to arrest american citizens and throw them into a military prison indefinitely. If they're suspected of being a domestic terrorist. Americans are not happy.

"All these little things are adding up (loss of civil liberties) and Americans are getting fed up," said Palm Desert resident Fernando Periera.

Democratic Senator Mark Udall said "these provisions raise serious questions as to who we are as a society and what our constitution seeks to protect. "

Some say NDAA is violating the Bill of Rights. Like the 4th Amendment forbidding unreasonable search and seizures on americans.
