COACHELLA - 77 years ago the King of Rock and Roll was born.
This weekend devoted Elvis are celebrating his birthday including his best friend, original Memphis Mafia member Joe Esposito.

"We did everything together, tours, concerts" said Esposito.

35 years ago Elvis passed away and made it to the promise land.
He left behind a legacy and to keep it alive this Saturday night at Spotlight 29 is tribute artist Paul Casey.
He's been doing it professionally for almost two decades. It all began during his childhood.

"I was mesmorized. I used to watch Elvis on television" said Casey.

Esposito is on-deck for this valley tour stop.
He'll be right there for Casey and with a copy of his latest book titled "Elvis: Intimate and Rare."
It's filled with pictures he took over the years while on vacation, in Hawaii, and on movie sets.

"I'm here and I brought my wife. I'm trying to raise some money for her (wife) because she has a very strange cancer" said Esposito.

To get a copy of the book Elvis: Intimate and Rare,  they'll be on sale Saturday night at Spotlight 29 Casino during the Paul Casey Concert 9PM. Joe Esposito is there to sign them in-person.
