Child Molestation Arrest
CATHEDRAL CITY - A man is behind bars on one million dollars bail, charged with multiple counts of lewd acts with multiple victims under the age of 14.
Cathedral City police recieved a tip about ongoing child molestation taking place at the home of 53 year old David Hadley Pio. Police served a search warrant at Pio's home on Wednesday and found numerous pornographic images and videos involving young children on computers and various media storage devices.
Police fear there could be more victims who have yet to come forward. That's because Pio spent time volunteering with local youth spOrts groups..And may have allowed them inside his home.
