Investigation Continues into Fire at Historic Palm Springs Church
PALM SPRINGS - Investigators continue to look for clues in a fire that did major damage to a downtown church.
The 1930s are church, knows as "the neighborhood church" was reported on fire at 4:30 a.m. Wednesday. Six engines responded to the fire, and arrived to find flames coming through the roof of the historic building.
There's no estimate of the value of the damage done, but city and real estate records value the property at $1 million.
The cause of the fire hasn't been determined.
