Parents Restrained at Teen Sex Trial
Police and on-lookers separate sides when tempers flare outside court.
TEMECULA - Police and by standers had to separate opposing parents of high schoolers outside Riverside County Courthouse in Temecula.
Two teen boys, both players on the Vista Murrieta High football team, are charged with multiple sexual offenses against teenage classmates. A total of six teen girls have accused the boys of sexual misconduct. According to court records, one of the girls is under 14 years old.
One of the boys faces two felony charges for forcible rape, along with charges of lewd acts with a minor under age 14, false imprisonment, and dissuading a victim from reporting a crime.
None of the alleged crimes took place on campus.
