Funds to Help Organizations in the City of Indio
INDIO - Local organizations in the city of Indio have a chance to receive city funds.
In order to support community organizations and services, the Indio City Council has allocated $25,000 for community grants for recognized organizations or governmental agencies providing a service that directly benefits residents of Indio.
The city recognizes the importance of continuing to invest in the community and encourages local groups and nonprofit organizations to apply for city funding. The grants will support the organizations for the City's fiscal year, which runs through June 30, 2012.
The application deadline is September 1, 2011.
