Rancho Mirage Library Holding Art Contest
RANCHO MIRAGE - Rancho Mirage Public Library is accepting entries for an art competition called, "You CAN Tell A Book By Its Cover.''
Contestants imagine a book they want to write and publish, then create a cover for it. Art work must be submitted by October 24th.
The competition will be judged by Coachella Valley art professionals, and winners announced at a reception November 16th.
