Desert Hot Springs House Fire
DESERT HOT SPRINGS - Firefighters raced to a home that caught fire Friday in the west valley.
At 1:45 p.m. a fire was reported at a home on San Rafael Road in Desert Hot Springs.
When firefighters arrived - they found smoke and flames coming from the front of the two-story home. More than 35 firefighters were called to help fight the blaze.
The American Red Cross was requested to assist two adult females displaced due to fire damage.
The cause of the fire is still under investigation.
