Ramp Closures in Banning and Cabazon
BANNING - On-and-off ramps will be closed on Interstate 10 west of the Coachella Valley over the next two months.
Through October, the I-10 on-and-off ramps will be closed intermittently in Banning and Cabazon for improvement projects.
One project stretches from Hargrave Street to the I-10 Highway 111 connector to Palm Springs.
The second project is from Pennsylvania Avenue to just west of Hargrave.
The on- and off-ramps in Banning that will be closed from time to time are
Highland Springs Avenue, Sunset Avenue, 22nd Street, 8th street and Hargrave.
In Cabazon, the ramps are East Ramsey Street, Fields Road, Apache Trail and east Cabazon.
The construction crews work from 7 p.m. to 6 a.m. except on Fridays, when they are on site from midnight to 6 a.m.
The estimated completion date is late October.
