INDIO - Another apartment at the Vintage Palms in Indio is flagged by the city.
Last week, city officials red-flagged one apartment crawling with roaches.
Now, a new problem, the city came out and toured another apartment - to find it dirty, falling apart and growing mold.
The couple and their six kids who live there - must find a new place to call home - immediately.
The family says they've complained numerous times about the conditions - but it wasn't until they got an attorney - that any action was taken.
We've been trying to track down the owners of the Vintage Palms to find out how conditions got this bad.
