Bob Hope Interchange Officially Opens
RANCHO MIRAGE - The Bob Hope Interchange is now open to traffic.
A ceremony was held Friday morning to officially open the interchange.
The project took nearly 2 years to complete at a cost of $25.5 million.
The interchange is just west of Ramon Road near the Agua Caliente Resort Casino, extending Bob Hope Drive with eight lanes for vehicles to use.
The westbound on-ramp to I-10 and the eastbound off-ramp to the westbound on-ramp to I-10 and the eastbound off-ramp to Bob Hope Drive are open, and the other two ramps will remain closed for final work.
