Occupy Protesters Holding Ground in Palm Desert Park
It's night six of their encampment, the city of Palm Desert has told them to leave but the Occupy Coachella Protesters say they're in it for the long-haul.
Their camp, still going strong, protesters chanting into late last night. Police and the city threatening to kick them out.
But despite threats, police came and went Friday night without any arrests. Protestors saying they're staying indefinitely.
On Saturday protesters woke up and headed to Palm Springs where their message was almost lost in the sea of honking horns. Supporters cheering them on from their cars.
And back in Palm Desert the long-term encampment doesn't seem to be bothering those enjoying the park.
For now, protesters holding their ground. They say they're ready and willing to face the consequences even if that means getting arrested.
