Protesters hit the streets in Cathedral City. About two dozen desert locals marched across a bridge on Ramon road.

"I know it's not any one persons fault. It's a perfect storm of things. So much has gone wrong," said Jill Murphy, who joined the group for the first time.

The protesters are demostrating against corporate greed, and also want higher taxes for the rich.

"I feel like there's a ground swell. There's a tipping point. It reminds me a little of the Arab Spring," said Jill Murphy.

But they admit, after two months the movement now needs more focus.

"We need to occupy the voting booths and get everybody out," said protester Deborah Hirsch.

Unlike the case in other cities, no arrests were made.
