LA QUINTA - Santa sky dived into the La Quinta Resort Saturday. The jump kicked-off their annual tribute to "It's A Wonderful Life" and tree- lighting celebration.
Hollywood legend Frank Capra wrote the movie while staying at the resort.
KMIR 6 anchor Gino Lamont was there to emcee the event.
The resort's main plaza transforms into the legendary town every weekend until the end of the month.
