Deadly Shooting on New Years
DESERT HOT SPRINGS - Officers reponded to a 911 call of subjects being chased and shots fired in the area of 66-400 Block of 6th Street.
Officers discovered a Hispanic male who had suffered several gunshot wounds. The victim died at the scene. That victim's name has not been released pending notification of the family by the County Corner.
The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with information is urged to contact the Desert Hot Springs Police.
