DESERT HOT SPRINGS - A 27 year old Desert Hot Springs man and three teens have been arrested for the shooting death of a teen.
Police say Erik Godina was arrested along with 17-year-olds from Desert Hot Springs and Cathedral City and a 13-year-old from Desert Hot Springs.
Godina was arrested Friday night in the 16-900 block of Via Vista just outside Desert Hot Springs.
The shooting that killed 16-year-old Marcello Moscozo happened on Sixth Street in Desert Hot Springs shortly after midnight on New Year's Day.
