Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival is two weekends this year.
But double the tickets didn't stop them from selling out quickly.
It just took three hours.
Three little hours and all the tickets to Coachella Fest are gone.
The tickets for the second weekend went on sale at 10 Friday morning, and were sold out by 1 PM.
Coachella Fest passes are a hot-ticket item.
Now they are gone, leaving some people empty-handed.
"Kinda bummed out, I knew they were sold out for the first weekend, but I wanted to go, I thought about going the second weekend, just told me they are sold out for that so I guess I might have to do some finnageling to get myself a ticket," said Palm Desert resident, Tom Conroy.
Many people are already turning to online sites.
We typed Coachella Festival into Craigslist.
Already dozens of listings for tickets.
We asked Conroy how much he would be willing to pay, he said "400 dollars maybe."
But the price tag goes as high as 1,100 dollars.
"I wouldn't try to go out of my way considering the high cost," said Ryan Babbitt of Bermuda Dunes.
But Conroy has another bargaining tool.
"I also have a room available at my place, so if somebody is in town, and they are coming from out of town and need a place to stay and have another ticket, we could work something out that way too," said Conroy.
But on the Coachella Valley Music and Arts Festival website they say "Don't buy passes from a 3rd party. For realz."
But organizers will sell east valley residents another thousand tickets January 28th if they wait in line at the Riverside County Fairgrounds.
"The only reason I would be motivated to stand in that line is to just to turn right back around and sell over double or triple the price," said Babbitt.
Stagecoach Festival tickets also sold out, but another thousand will be available to east valley residents at the fairgrounds as well on January 28th.
