PALM SPRINGS-- Congregants from Church of St. Paul in the Desert gathered to pay tribute to Rev. Dr. Martin Luther King Jr. Sunday afternoon. John Carlos, who famously raised his fist at the 1968 Olympic games to show solidarity with the Black Power movement and in support of human rights, gave the keynote address.
