Woman to be Arraigned after Cutting Husband Below the Belt
INDIO - A 69 year old Palm Springs woman who allegedly tried to sever her husband's penis will be arraigned Tuesday.
Virginia Valdez is charged with one count each of inflicting corporal injury on a spouse and assault with a deadly weapon.
According to police records the couple were having sex when Valdez excused herself to the bathroom and returned with a pair of scissors and then cut her husband's penis.
He received four stiches as a result.
