DESERT HOT SPRINGS - Desert Hot Springs police need your help to catch a man who is wanted for sexually assaulting women.
Investigators say the assaults took place on Hacienda Avenue between Maui Way to Hacienda Heights Drive.
The suspect conceals his face with a hooded sweatshirt, assaults the victim and runs off. The assaults have taken place during the evening.
According to Sgt. Kenneth Peary, the suspect is described as a white or Hispanic man, 25-35 years of age, 5-foot 5-inches to 5-foot 10-inches, 150-180 pounds, and unshaven.
Police have released a sketch of the suspect based on a description provided by a recent victim.
Desert Hot Springs police issued a similar alert in October, asking the public's assistance in locating a man accused of sexually assaulting women in the same general area.
Desert Hot Springs police ask anyone with information about this crime to contact the department at (760) 329-6411 Ext. 339 and ask to speak to Detective Henson.
