LA QUINTA - A party turns violent in La Quinta, sending two people to the hospital.
Around 3 am Saturday morning, Indio police responded to a car accident on Indio Boulevard near Monroe Street.
Police quickly learned that a party in La Quinta got out of hand and several fights broke out. Someone at the party fired two shots from a handgun, but it was during a fight, that two victims were attacked. One was stabbed.
The injured fled the scene and then crashed their car in Indio. Both are in stable condition.
