Indio Police Search for Suspects in Shooting
INDIO - Indio police are searching for a suspect or suspects involved in a shooting Friday afternoon.
According to investigators around 4 p.m. officers responded to a report of a shooting on Avenue 46 and Duquesne Street. When they arrived on scene they found a hispanic male adult with a gunshot wound in the driver's seat of a pick-up truck.
He was rushed to desert regional and is in serious condition at this time. Police are saying a red Ford Expedition was seen leaving the shooting, but have no further information on what led up to that shooting.
