Two Teens Shot In Indio
INDIO - Police are investigating a double shooting at an apartment complex in Indio. Indio Police spokesman Ben Guitron says the victims and the suspect are all teenage males.
The shooting happened about 3:43 p.m. at the Plaza Del Sol apartment complex along the 82200 block of Arabia Street.
Officers responded to a report of a shooting and found the two victims inside the complex, Guitron told KMIR6. Both victims were taken to the hospital for treatment. Their wounds are believed to be non-life threatening, Guitron added.
The shooter is described as a young Hispanic male, believed to be a teenager. He was last seen running southbound along Arabia Street.
