Attic Fire Breaks Out at Grace Church
DESERT HOT SPRINGS - Firefighters responded to a report of an attic fire inside the Grace Church in Desert Hot Springs Monday afternoon. The blaze was reported around 3:10 p.m. at Grace Church, 17400 Bubbling Wells Road, according to Riverside County Fire Department spokeswoman Cheri Patterson.
An electric fan sparked the fire, Patterson said. The fire caused an estimated $10,000 in damage and was limited to the attic of a church bathroom.
