Tribute Set to Honor Legendary Composer Stephen Schwartz
PALM SPRINGS - A special tribute to a broadway legend is coming to the desert. The Desert Ensemble Theatre Company presents "When You Believe: A Conversation with and Tribute to Stephen Schwartz."
The three-time Academy Award winning composer is being honored on May 19th at the Annenberg Theatre in Palm Springs. One of the stars honoring the legendary composer is Kate Flannery, star of NBC's The Office.
Schwartz composed numerous broadway hits including Godspell, Working and Wicked. He also has collaberated with songwriting great Alan Menken to produce songs for Disney hit movies including Pocohantas and Enchanted.
The show is Saturday at 8 p.m. Tickets for "When You Believe: A Conversation With and Tribute To Stephen Schwartz" are available through the Annenberg Theater, 101 Museum Drive, Palm Springs.
