Armed Man Arrested
CATHEDRAL CITY - A parolee was arrested Tuesday on suspicion of threatening family members with a stolen handgun during an argument.
Officers found 23 year old Luis Eduardo Espinoza in the pool area of an apartment complex located on Corral Road around 4 a.m. Espinoza is on parole for a felony conviction, and the handgun was reported stolen.
Espinoza was arrested on suspicion of being a felon in possession of a weapon and possession of stolen property.
