'Jeopardy!' Host Alex Trebek Suffers Mild Heart Attack
NEW YORK (AP) — A spokeswoman for Sony Television says "Jeopardy!" host Alex Trebek is expected to fully recover from a mild heart attack and return to hosting the game show when it resumes production in July.
The 71-year-old Trebek was admitted to Cedars-Sinai Medical Center in Los Angeles yesterday. While he was in the hospital on Saturday, "Jeopardy!" won a Daytime Emmy award for best game show.
Trebek has been hosting "Jeopardy!" for 28 years.
