Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes Splitting Up
NEW YORK (AP) -- Tom Cruise and Katie Holmes are divorcing after five years of marriage. Holmes' attorney says "this is a personal and private matter for Katie and her family" and that "Katie's primary concern remains, as it always has been, her daughter's best interest." The couple wed in 2006 and has a 6-year-old daughter, Suri.
