Two Dead From Gunshots in Moreno Valley
MORENO VALLEY -Two people are dead after an early morning shooting Friday in Moreno Valley.
Deputies from the Riverside County Sheriff's Office responded to a report of someone with a weapon about 4:44 a.m. in the 24000 block of Myers Avenue. When officers arrived, they found two shooting victims. One victim was already dead inside the residence. The second victim was taken to a nearby hospital and later died from the injuries.
The victims are a 15-year-old boy, whose name police are not yet releasing, and 37-year-old Chelsea Crisp, both are from Moreno Valley, according to the Riverside County Coroner's Office.
Police say there are no outstanding suspects. No further details were provided in a press statement released by the Sheriff's Office.
