Riverside County Man Sentenced for Child Porn
LOS ANGELES (AP) -- Authorities say a Riverside County man has been sentenced to 10 years in federal prison for participating in a file-sharing network used to trade child pornography.
The FBI said Monday that 74-year-old George Devinna pleaded guilty in April to one count of possession of child pornography.
Authorities say undercover agents investigating an illegal file-sharing network last year traced sexually explicit images of pre-teen boys to Devinna's computer.
Devinna was arrested in December and sentenced on Thursday to a minimum of 10 years.
Authorities say the Homeland man has two prior federal child pornography convictions.
A message was left with defense attorney Young Kim.
