CATHEDRAL CITY - Eagle Canyon Dam Levee broke in the mountains, flooding Highway 111. Several families evacuated the Tramview Mobile Home Park because of flooding. Businesses on the north end of Highway 111 near Perez Road damaged by rushing waters. Public Works estimates Highway 111 will reopen by 6AM Friday morning.
