PALM DESERT - An early morning fire in Palm Desert nearly destroys over a million dollars in exotic cars.
According to fire officials, just after 1 a.m. Monday morning, they responded to a structure fire at a commerical building on Beacon Hill.
Two cars inside the building were destroyed by the flames, but at least eight other cars including six Porsches were undamaged.
Estimates put the damages at 50-thousand dollars. No injuries were reported and the cause is under investigation.
