WHAT: Palm Springs Unified Schools Observe International Walk to School Day WHEN: Wednesday, October 3: 7 a.m. - Desert Springs Middle - Stater Bros, Palm Drive, Desert Hot Springs. 7:45 a.m. - Cielo Vista Charter Elementary at DeMuth Park-4365 E Mesquite Ave, Palm Springs. 8 a.m. - Katherine Finchy Elementary at PS Convention Center (Boxing Champ Timothy Bradley will lead walkers in warm-ups prior to walk start) 8 a.m. - Cathedral City Elementary, Corner of Dinah Shore and Eagle Canyon, Cathedral City. 7:30 a.m. - Two Bunch Palms Elementary at Tedesco Park, Desert Hot Springs. 7:50 a.m. - Ed Wenzlaff Elementary, Boys & Girls Club (corner of Cactus & 8th), Desert Hot Springs. 7:30 a.m. - Bubbling Wells, Mission Springs Park, Desert Hot Springs. 7:15 a.m. - Landau Elementary, Panorama Park, Cathedral City.
