PALM SPRINGS-- Halloween started early in downtown Palm Springs on Thursday night. It's all part of the Palm Springs Street Fair's Halloween Spook-tacular.
The festival kicked off at 6pm and ran until 10, along Palm Canyon Drive between Baristo and Amado Roads. In addition to the usual Thursday night street vendors, there was a costume contest, face-painting and zombie walk. This annual event attracts thousands of people every year.
