A man charged with killing U.S. Border patrol agent plead guilty today.

This is Manuel Osorio-Arellanes. As part of his plea agreement, Osorio-Arellanes says someone in his group shot border patrol agent Brian Terry in Arizona, back in December 2010.

In turn, prosecutors agreed not to seek the death penalty. Terry's death has been tied to the botched fast and furious gun trafficking operation. That operation allowed guns to cross the border. U.S. officials have not proved whether one of the rifles was the actual murder weapon in the Terry case.
