Valley Concert Benefits Victims of Sandy
RANCHO MIRAGE - Without electricity and food, the Red Cross needs your help. This concert in Rancho Mirage on Monday will deliver 100% of proceeds to help Sandy's victims.
On Monday, November 12, the Stadium House (formerly the Stadium Club) in Rancho Mirage will be offering a variety of ways for the Valley to donate and support relief efforts for those suffering from the aftermath of Hurricane Sandy. From donating a percentage of sales from lunch and dinner, to hosting a Benefit Concert with many local bands that evening, the newly opened restaurant located at 69640 Hwy 111, just west of Frank Sinatra, will be serving as the hub for relief efforts including a collection point for donations and canned foods, and hosting all the festivities for the Hurricane Sandy Benefit. Organized by a group of concerned Valley residents over this past few days, the Stadium House will offer many ways for the public to participate and help all day on Monday, November 12: Attend a special Benefit Concert at the Stadium House from 5:30 pm to midnight, and donate $10 or more at the door. 100% of these funds go directly to the Red Cross. There will be many live bands featuring the best of the Valley talent, as listed below. Donate 3 or more cans of food anytime on November 12. All food donated goes to the FIND Food Bank, to replace supplies recently sent to the East Coast. Dine at the Stadium House for lunch or dinner and enjoy a special Hurricane Sandy Menu, and 20% of all beverage and food charges will be donated to the Red Cross.
