PALM SPRINGS - A prowler is off the streets following an incident in a Palm Springs neighborhood.
Police say. Michael Fredrick Williams, 52, a homeless man living in Palm Springs, was caught peeping into a home on Vereda Norte Sunday night.
When police arrived to that location they found Williams hiding in some bushes. Officers tried to detain him but he resisted and began fighting. During the fight, a police officer broke his hand..
Williams has been charged the with three felonies and probation violation. Back in May, Williams was also caught peeping and entering another Palm Springs home while the homeowner was inside.
