Massachusetts Man Dies in East Valley
MECCA - A pedestrian is killed in a tractor-trailer accident Tuesday night .
Riverside County Coroner's office says it may have been intentional and self-inflicted.
The 41-year-old Massachusetts man was hit by the truck as he crossed Highway 111 on foot near Salt Creek Beach campground about 4 p.m. Tuesday.
His name has not yet been released.
