CABAZON - The Morongo Band of Cabazon Indians began distributing more than 10,000 frozen turkeys Wednesday to Coachella Valley non-profit organizations. The turkeys are being distributed to about 113 groups from across Southern California to help feed residents in need this Thanksgiving holiday.
Organizers say the donation will supply approximately 220,000 meals.
